Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) nuatar account. Where duplicate accounts are identified, nuatar reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances, bonuses, and winnings held therein.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your nuatar account. You are required to update your account information promptly if any details change. Providing false information, including false name, date of birth, or payment method ownership, constitutes fraud and may result in immediate account closure and referral to relevant authorities.
Age Verification: nuatar enforces the 21+ requirement at registration and again at first withdrawal. All players must complete identity verification (KYC) before processing their first withdrawal. Documents accepted include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, SSS/GSIS ID).
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your nuatar account login credentials, including your username and password. nuatar reserves the right to lock any account where suspicious activity is detected and to require additional identity verification before restoring access.
nuatar accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, and Metrobank Online Banking. All payment methods must be registered in your own name. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 Philippine Pesos. The minimum withdrawal amount may vary by payment method and will be displayed at the time of the withdrawal request. nuatar reserves the right to adjust minimum transaction amounts with reasonable notice.
Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your nuatar account within seconds. Bank transfer deposits may take up to two (2) business hours. In accordance with PAGCOR's anti-money laundering obligations, nuatar is required to verify the identity of players before processing withdrawals. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued Philippine ID, proof of address, and documentation of your payment method. Failure to complete KYC requirements will result in withdrawal processing delays. nuatar will not process withdrawals to payment methods not registered in your name.

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, nuatar's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
nuatar shall not be liable for: indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages; loss of profits or revenue; loss of data; or any damages arising from your reliance on information provided on the platform. The nuatar platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. nuatar makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
Nothing in these Terms limits nuatar's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or willful misconduct, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information by nuatar is governed by the nuatar Privacy Policy, available at /privacy-policy. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the nuatar platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
nuatar collects and processes personal data in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173) and PAGCOR's data protection requirements. Personal data will not be sold to third parties for marketing purposes.
nuatar reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address associated with their nuatar account and/or via a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the nuatar platform after notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the Terms were most recently revised. If you do not agree with any amendment to the Terms, you must cease using the platform and may close your account.
These Terms and any dispute arising from your use of the nuatar platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. nuatar operates under a license issued by PAGCOR and is subject to PAGCOR's regulatory jurisdiction.
Any disputes that cannot be resolved through nuatar's internal complaints procedure may be escalated to PAGCOR's complaint resolution process. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts and regulatory bodies of the Philippines for resolution of any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the platform.
